Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and eligible credit or debit cards offered through PayPal. The exact payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, or bank transfers unless checkout expressly offers that method.

Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation

Payment authorization is requested when you submit your order. Your order is confirmed only after payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation. Production of a personalized product begins after payment and order details are confirmed. Cancellation eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Currency and Additional Charges

The final amount and transaction currency are displayed before you confirm payment. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees. Those third-party fees are not charged or controlled by DecorCraftCo.

Failed, Declined, or Duplicate Payments

If payment is declined or remains pending, confirm the billing details and contact your payment provider before placing another order. If you believe you were charged more than once, contact us with the order number and payment transaction details so we can investigate. Do not send a full card number or security code.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment provider shown during checkout. DecorCraftCo does not store your full card number or card security code.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We process an approved refund within 5-7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
