Return Eligibility

All original parts, accessories, and packaging materials must be included where applicable. You will also need to provide your order number or other proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of installation, assembly, outdoor use, modification, scratches, damage, or improper handling may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to contact us and request a return for the original item.

Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the preferred item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds
